MedPros partners with pharmacy owners by leasing or sub leasing clinical space and assuming full ownership and operational responsibility of the medical clinic. The pharmacy benefits from increased prescription volume, stable tenancy, and professional clinic management without the burden of running a medical practice.
Property Owners and Landlords
We work with landlords who have medical or healthcare zoned space suitable for clinics. MedPros designs, builds, and operates clinics that become long term, stable tenants with professional management and strong patient demand.

Partnership Models
Pharmacy Clinic Partnerships
MedPros leases or sub leases clinical space within or adjacent to pharmacies and operates the medical clinic independently. We recruit physicians, manage all clinic staff, oversee billing, and drive patient volume while the pharmacy focuses solely on pharmacy operations.
Clinic Takeovers and Acquisitions
We acquire or assume management of existing clinics that are underperforming or vacant. MedPros restructures workflows, staffing, billing processes, and marketing to rebuild the clinic into a busy, well run practice.
New Clinic Development
MedPros partners with property owners and pharmacies to develop new clinics from the ground up. This includes planning, build out, physician recruitment, clinic launch, and ongoing management.
