Imperial Construction is happy to work with you on any changes that you want to make but this may affect the timeline of the project.

How are payments made and when are they made? Prior to the start of your project, an individual payment schedule will be provided. This may include a 10% down payment, progress payments, and a final payment after the work is completed. Depending on the size of your project, or other variables of your project, there may be additional charges.

How long does it take to obtain a building permit? Obtaining a building permit can be frustrating but Imperial Construction Group has your back. We have gone through this process many times and have perfected it. Depending on the city it may take 6-8 weeks, we work closely with the city to ensure timelines are kept.
